Since 1984, Carmine Smeraldo's classic Italian restaurant has been where the locals have chosen to return over and over again. Arguably the best Italian restaurant in Seattle, Il Terrazzo serves classical Italian cuisine with an atmosphere you may want to call home and never leave.
